How to make Cinnamon Rolls? - Easiest method

HELLO EVERYONE, today I am ready with my other baking dish. It is cinnamon rolls.Cinnamon plays a vital role in this dish as it gives an aroma to cinnamon rolls.lets know some benefits of cinnamon sticks.

So after knowing these benefits lets use cinnamon in our rolls.   It is very easy to make. You have to follow some simple steps. Cinnamon rolls are very yummy snacks. Lets follow the steps to make perfect and tasty Cinnamon rolls.


For making dough:
  • 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 Tablespoons cold  butter, + additional 2 Tbsp butter for baking
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions (method to make cinnamon rolls)

  • In a large bowl mix all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
  • Take a bowl, set it over a low flame , pour milk and add butter then heat it till butter gets melted.
  • Add the milk mixture to the flour and a make a dough using your hand.
  • Flour your work surface then turn out the dough and knead it for 1 minute until it comes together in a smooth ball. If you feel that the dough is overly sticky, add more flour as needed, but do not over-knead the dough.
  • Cover the dough with damp towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 175 degree C. Grease any baking dish with butter.
  • Lightly flour your work surface then roll the dough into a rectangle shape.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar butter and cinnamon.
  • Brush the dough (rectangle shape) all over with the melted butter then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  • Beginning at the long end, tightly roll the dough up into a log. Trim off the edges then slice the log into rolls.
  • Arrange the rolls in the greased baking dish.
  • Bake the rolls for 25 to 30 minutes until they are pale golden and baked properly. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool completely before serving. you can also decorate it using cream and sugar, chocolate syrup. Its totally optional
